As you may already be aware, PwC Belgium has acquired 100% of the shares of S&V Management Consultants together with the intellectual property linked to the Equazion decision support tool and methodology.
We strongly believe that the combination of S&V's strengths in operations management with PwC's extensive capabilities provide tremendous opportunities for both our clients and staff alike.
The cultures of S&V and PwC are closely aligned, while the capabilities we bring to market are complementary. We have previously worked together with PwC for various clients we have in common, so we're far from being strangers.
Please rest assured that the S&V management team will make sure that the projects we're running will not be disrupted by this process.
