Value Scan and Inventory Scan : a fast way to assess your companies improvement potential
S&V offers its clients a new and fast way to identify the opportunities for supply chain and inventory improvement. Within a short time frame (4 weeks) and at a fixed cost, S&V consultants will look for the levers of improvement in a given business context such as lean & reliable planning processes, network infrastructure, working capital optimization, balanced product portfolio offering etc.
The result of a Scan exercise is an executive and cross-departmental consensus on the major levers for supply chain improvement and inventory reduction (service improvement) with a shared perspective on high level business impact (investment and benefit) and a list of priorities for detailed investigation and action. The recommendations are analyzed and quantified based on the Equazion software.
