Satyam acquires S&V Management Consultants
HYDERABAD, India, April. 21, 2008. Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE:SAY), a leading global business and information technology services provider, announced that it has agreed to acquire S&V Management Consultants, a Ghent, Belgium-based supply chain management (SCM) consulting firm. The acquisition reinforces Satyams supply chain strategy capabilities.
