Satyam acquires S&V Management Consultants
HYDERABAD, India, April. 21, 2008. Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE:SAY), a leading global business and information technology services provider, announced that it has agreed to acquire S&V Management Consultants, a Ghent, Belgium-based supply chain management (SCM) consulting firm. The $35.5 million, all-cash purchase significantly reinforces Satyam’s supply chain strategy capabilities.

New offices for S&V Management Consultants
2007 was an excellent year for S&V. Our turnover increased with 20% to 9.3 million euros. Along with this increased turnover, our staff extended as well resulting in an overcrowded office, too many cars on the parking of the building, overbooked meeting rooms.

Changing economic context creates new function in companies
