Knowledge growth

As junior consultant, each and everyone is trained in 'production and inventory management' and in the 6sigma methodology. As a consultant, your knowledge will be built up in one of the following areas : product portfolio management, planning policies, network design, planning forecasting & scheduling, strategic sourcing, world class manufacturing, clinical trials, transport and warehouse management or lean six sigma manufacturing.
