All our consultants have an engineering or economics degree and have expanded their skills by obtaining an MBA as well as an APICS and/or Six Sigma certification. Over the years they have built up expertise in various business processes and operations of manufacturing and distribution companies.
As a senior consultant driven to obtain results, he/she takes total project responsibility. Our consultants always cooperate in a partnership with the customer's management when developing the concepts and achieving the results during implementation.
