Project Approach
Initial meeting: project approach proposal
Initial contact with S&V Management Consultants means a 'no-obligation' preliminary meeting. Once acquainted with the scope and specific problems, a 'project approach proposal' is formulated.
Project proposal: contract agreement
Based on our knowledge and experience, a comprehensive analysis of the situation results in a customized, result-oriented proposal. The services our client can expect, the scope and budget of the project and the methods governing the approach are all clearly defined in the proposal. This serves as an important basis for contract agreement.
Project: interviews, observations, data analysis, desk research, concept development, workshops on concepts, management presentations
Our methodology is entirely based on Six Sigma. It involves analyzing information collected through individual or group interviews, complemented with a study of the actual systems, data analyses and, if required, observation of activities. This is followed by an internal desk research phase during which we develop a set of concepts.
In the course of discussion workshops and management presentations, the recommendations and proposed solutions are thoroughly discussed. In this way, we can identify and develop those concepts that guarantee the most appropriate solutions to our customer's problem. Agreement on an action and implementation plan can thus follow quickly.
Action Plan
Objectives and timings are defined. Owners are identified and project organization and administration are set up.
Project Implementation: change management
We will, of course, be present during the implementation, providing the necessary support and assistance. This transition process comprises a number of phases during which the organization and systems are guided through each step towards the agreed objectives.
Equazion and Six Sigma.
